How Shipping Costs Work
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the size and weight of your order. Stainless steel exhaust parts vary in size — a box of clamps ships differently to a 2-meter straight pipe — so costs are calculated per order to keep them fair.
Dispatch Times
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. During busy periods, this may extend slightly, but we aim to get your parts out as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- Major centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 1–3 business days
- Secondary towns: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days
Packaging
All parts are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Bends and clamps are boxed, while straight pipe and flex sections are wrapped and protected for safe delivery. If you have specific packaging requirements for bulk orders, let us know.
