Return Policy for Stainless Steel Exhaust Items
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Return
- Returns Accepted: We accept returns for stainless steel exhaust items within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received.
- Non-returnable Items: Items that have been installed, welded, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at info@rfdistributors.co.za to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, reason and details of the item(s) you’re returning.
- Return Authorization: Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be included with the returned item.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
NB: All Items are inspected before dispatch. There are no guarantees on electronic items
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 3 business days of receiving the order).
- We will offer you the option to receive a replacement or a full refund for the defective or damaged product, However this will be null and void if there appears to be any tempering with the item.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges for any items. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
